Newark Liberty: Airport Express: Runs buses from Newark airport to Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Terminal & Grand Central Station in Manhattan. Buses run to Midtown every 15-30 mins & to Lower Manhattan (Chinatown & Wall St) every 30-40 mins. Timings: Buses run every 15 mins 0645-2315, every 30 mins outside these times.
Cost: $15 one way or $25 round trip. Children under 12 free, seniors half price. Buses depart from the level below arrivals (ground transportation level of terminals A, B & C) stop 2 or 3.
Travel Time: Takes 30-40 mins. There is a desk in arrivals where tickets can be bought.

Newark Intl Airport Station: Newark Intl Airport Station is a railway station near the airport, and connected to all 3 terminals by the AirTrain (below). Trains run from Newark Intl Airport Station to points all over New Jersey, Manhattan & beyond. Change Trains at Newark Penn Station or New York Penn Station for connections to many other places.
AirTrain service: A free monorail service connects Newark Intl Airport Station and all 3 terminals. Route: Newark Intl Airport Station - AirTrain Station P4 (For Car Parking & Hotel Shuttles) - Terminal C - Terminal B - Terminal A - AirTrain Station P3 (For Car Parking & some rental cars) - AirTrain Station P2 (For Budget & Dollar) - AirTrain Station P1 (For Car Parking).
Timings: Trains run frequently. It can take up to 10 mins to reach Terminal A.
NJ Transit trains to Newark & New York City: There is no Train station at the terminals themselves. Rather, the train stops at the Newark International Airport station, and passengers then transfer to the free AirTrain to the Terminals. Most NJ TRANSIT trains on the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line stop at the Newark Airport Station, which connects to the terminals via the free AirTrain.
Route: Stations in New Jersey - Newark Intl Airport Station - Newark Penn Station - Secaucus Junction (not all trains) - New York Penn Station.
Timings: Trains leave the Newark Airport Station Mon-Fri every 10-20 mins 0448-0050, 0131 & 0203. Weekends & Holidays at 0603, 0615, 0703, 0715, 0803, then every 15-20 mins until 2015, then every 20-40 mins until 0203. Trains leave New York Penn Station Mon-Fri every 10-25 mins 0417-0141. Weekends & Holidays at 0514, 0607, then every 15-25 mins until 0141.

Travel Time: To Long Branch ~80 mins.
Amtrak Trains: Amtrak Trains operate to various destinations from the Airport station.
Other routes: NJ TRANSIT also operate the Morris and Essex Lines serving Hackettstown, Dover, Morristown, Gladstone, Summit, The Oranges, Hoboken and intermediate stops.
Bus to Newark Rail Station: Then take the NJ Transit train every 30 mins 0447-0200 to New York's Penn Station (15mins/~$4) going North, or Stations to Trenton stopping at Elizabeth, Linden, Metropark, Metuchen, New Brunswick and Princeton Junction going South.

Baggage Storage: Left Luggage facilities reported to be available on the arrival level in Terminal B.
Notes: BA,VS,LH,SN,NW in Terminal B. Hotel booking board in arrivals, but only for Airport Hotels. ATMs available in arrivals of all terminals. The closest public transport to the New York Cruise Passenger Ship Terminal is the A, C or E train at the 50th St. station (at 8th Ave). Cross town City buses are also accessible from 52nd St at 12th Ave.
