Location: 14 km/9 Miles W of the City.
Airport Overview:
1 main terminal with a second smaller terminal (T2 used for check in only for Easy Jet, My Travel & Thomas Cook) close by. Bus stops are in front of the terminal.

By Taxi:
 From the Airport to the City ~£14-18/15-30 mins. Expect to pay a little more for the trip back to the airport. To Paisley ~£5. Metered Airport taxis are available 24 hrs a day. The taxi rank is at the front of the terminal building, a short walk from UK arrivals. Info from the taxi management company (0141 848 4588) and a list of charges is available at the taxi booking office next to the taxi rank.

By Coach:
All public buses depart from the front of the terminal building. Charter coaches pick up and drop off passengers at the short stay coach park on Bute Road, next to Intl arrivals. See diagram showing bus stops at Glasgow Airport. Further Info: www.travelinescotland.com. The 9 bus stops are right in front of the terminal on the ground level.
Citylink & Fairline Coach 905 to Glasgow City centre: There are frequent services to Glasgow city centre operated by Citylink & Fairline as a combined service #905. All services have drop off points at various locations in the city.
Route: Airport (Bus stop 3) - Bothwell St/Douglas St - Bothwell St/Wellington St - West George St/Hope St - W George St at Queen St Train Station - N Hanover St - Buchanan St Bus station. On the way back to the airport the route is Buchanan St Bus Station - N Hanover St/George St - SWouth side of George Square outside the tourist information office - St Vincent St/Buchanan St - St Vincent St/Renfield St - Waterloo St - Airport. All bus stops are marked with a plane logo.
Timings: From the airport: Mon-Fri: 0600 0630 0700 0715 0730 0745 0755 then every 10 mins until 1800 then every 15 mins until 2000 then every 30 mins until 2330 & 2359. Saturday: 0600 0630 0700 then every 15 mins until 2000 then every 30 mins until 2330 & 2359. Sunday: 0700 then every 15 mins until 2000  then every 30 mins until 2330 & 2359. From Buchanan St Bus Station: Mon-Fri: 0600 0630 0700 0715 0730 0745 0800 then every 10 mins until 1800 then every 15 mins until 2000 then every 30 mins until 2330 & 2359. Saturday: 0600 0630 0700 then every 15 mins until 2000 then every 30 mins until 2330 & 2359. Sunday: 0700 then every 15 mins until 2000 then every 30 mins until 2330 & 2359.
Costs: To Glasgow city centre £3.50 one way, £5.30 return. Transfer Time: ~25 mins. One way fare to Edinburgh (change at Buchanan Bus Station) is £6.30, £9.50 return. Airbus Express to Glasgow City Centre Route: Airport (Bus stop 4) - Bothwell St - West George St - Buchanan St Bus Station - George Square - Waterloo St - Airport. Timings: Leaves the airport Mon-Fri at 0550, 0625, 0709, 0735 then every 20-30 mins until 2350. Saturdays: 0550, 0625, 0713 then every 20-30 mins until 2320. Sundays: 0625, 0713 then every 20-30 mins until 2320. Takes 22 mins to Buchanan St. Cost: Adult one way £3.30, child £1.75. Adult return £5, child return £2. Airline staff £2.50 one way. Euros accepted.
Glasgow Flyer 500 to the city: Route: Airport - Central Station - West George St - Queen St Station - Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow city centre (stand 46). Timings: Leaves the airport Mon-Sat at 050, 0530, 0550, 0600 then every 10-15 mins until 2300 then every 30 mins until 0430. Sundays: 0500, 0530, 0600, 0630, then every 12-15 mins until 2030, then every 30 mins until 0430. Takes 25 mins to Buchanan St. Buses leave Buchanan St Bus Station Mon-Sat at 0500, 0530, 0550, 0600 then every 10-15 mins until 2330, then every 30 mins until 0430. Sundays at 0500, 0530, 0600, 0630, then every 12-15 mins until 2000, then every 30 mins until 0430. Cost: £4.20 one way. £6.20 day return. £6.50 open return (valid for 4 weeks). Child one way £3.20.
Paisley Rail link buses run from Airport Bus stop 1 to Paisley Gilmour Street Station. Change there for trains to Glasgow Central, Gourock, Irvine, Ayr and Largs.
Scottish Citylink Bus #915 to Skye Route: Airport (Bus stop 4) - Dumbarton - Luss - Tarbet - Ardlui - Crianlarich - Tyndrum - Bridge of Orchy - White Corries Ski Centre at Glencoe - Ballachulish - Onich - Corran - Fort William - Spean Bridge - Invergary - Dornie - Kyle of Lochalsh - Kyleakin - Broadford - Sconser - Sligachan - Portree. Not all buses stop at all destinations. Most depart from Buchanan bus station in the city, but there is one departure at 1520 directly from the airport, dropping off there again at 1405 on its way back from Skye. Arriva Bus #66 to Paisley and Dykebar Hospital Route: Airport - Paisley Train Station - Dykebar Hospital. Timings: To be advised. Travel Times: To Paisley Station 5 mins. Cost: Adult £0.80-1.90 depending on distance, child half price.
Bus 300 to Paisley, Erskine & Clydebank Route: Paisley (Gilmour St & Stow Brae) - Old Sneddon St - Paisley Central Rd - Glasgow Airport (Bus stop 5) - Inchinnan - Erskine (Bridgewater shopping centre) - Mountblow, Dalmuir West - Clydebank (Chalmers St Bus Station). Timings: Operates 0612-2330 ~hourly. Cost: Adult £1.20-2.60 depending on distance, child half price. Contact: For info call 08701 20 10 88 or www.arriva.co.uk.
First Bus 747 to the City Centre: Route: Airport - Renfrew - Braehead Shopping Centre - Southern General Hospital - Partick - Kelvingrove Museum & Art Gallery - Charing Cross - Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station (this is the bus to take for the West End of Glasgow). Timings: Runs every 30 mins on the hour and half hour.
First Bus 757 to the City Centre: Route: Airport - SECC (Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre - Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station. Timings: Runs every 20 mins.
Bus #901 to Gourock Timings: Leaves the airport (Bus stop 4) Mon-Fri at 0748, 0828, then hourly until 1628 then 1658 & 1833. Saturdays: 0828 then every hour until 1628 then 1833. Sundays: 0925, 1125, 1325, 1625 & 1825. Fares: To Gourock one-way £7.50. For info call 08705 50 50 50 or www.citylink.co.uk.
McGill's Bus #902 to Paisley: Route: Glasgow city centre - Bishopton - Airport (Bus stop 4) - Paisley. Timings: Leaves the airport Mon-Sat only every hour or 2. Contact: Tel 01475 711122.
Bus #906 to Largs Timings: Leaves the airport (Bus stop 4) Mon-Fri only at 0953 & 1253. For info call 08705 50 50 50 or www.citylink.co.uk.
NCP Flightpath Long stay car park buses depart from bus stop 6.
Other Car Park Buses Buses for Airpark, Airlink, Direct Parking, Flying Scot, Park N Fly & Park Safe run frequently from bus stops 8 & 9.
Car rental buses for AVIS, Budget, Hertz, EUROPCAR & National/ALAMO depart from bus stop 7.
Car rental buses for Arnold Clark, eSixT/Kenning & Melville depart from bus stops 8 & 9.

By Train: Paisley's Gilmour Street railway station is the nearest to the airport. Just 2 miles from the terminal, it can be reached by taxi or by bus (see above). There are direct rail services from Paisley Gilmour Street to Glasgow Central, Ayr and Clyde Coast destinations. There are 8 trains per hour (Mon-Sat) and 5 per hour (Sun) from Gilmour Street to Glasgow Central.  For transfer from Central station to either Queen Street station or Buchanan bus station, use bus service 398 which runs every 10 mins 0700-2200 Mon-Sat and 1000-2200 on Sun. This service is free on production of a valid rail ticket, or 50p to other users. Further info on rail services, telephone 08457 48 49 50 (UK only) or visit the Scotrail website www.scotrail.co.uk. Through rail tickets from Glasgow Airport to Glasgow Central station, via Paisley Gilmour Street station, can be purchased from the SPT Travel Centre on the ground floor of the terminal building, adjacent to UK arrivals. For travel to any other station, the ticket should be surrendered at the Gilmour Street booking office and you will obtain a discount equal to the value of the bus ticket from the cost of a rail ticket to any station in Scotland. When travelling to the airport from any station in Scotland, you simply ask for a rail ticket to Glasgow Airport and this is then valid on the train to Paisley Gilmour Street and the Arriva bus service from Paisley to the airport.

Car Parking:
Short Stay Walking distance to the terminal. Short Stay Car Parks 1 and 3: Prices: Up to 30 mins £2.20, 1 hr £3.40, 2 hrs £5.50, 4 hrs £6.50, 6 hrs £8.20, 12 hrs £10.50, 24 hrs £12.50. Extra days £12.50. Operated by NCP.  New Car Park 2 Multi Storey:  Prices (with the exception of Level 2 Fast Track): Up to 30 mins £1.50,  30 mins-1 hr £3,  2 hrs £5,  4 hrs £6, 12 hrs £9, 24 hrs £10.50. Fast Track - Prices for Level 2:  Up to 3 hrs £9.50, 3-12 hrs £13, 12-24 hrs £15. Extra days £15. Please note: Payment machines for Car Park 2 are at customer interface areas at ground floor and 2nd floor of the multi storey car park. Note that no payment machines are in the terminal building, and that payment should be made before returning to your car.
Long Stay Transfer service from the car park to the terminal is ~5 mins.  Daily roll-up rate: £4.50 per day (minimum 6 day charge).  Daily pre-booked rate: £3.70 per day (min 6 day charge). Baggage Storage: Left luggage facilities are available in arrivals. Go past the Car Rental desks, and enter the staff search area. Bags can be stored here for £4.50 for 4 hrs or £10 for 24 hrs.
