Location: At the Southern tip of St Lucia, 53 km/33 Miles SE of Castries, 1 km/1 mile N of Vieux Fort.
Airport Overview: A tiny terminal with a car park in front.
By Helicopter: St Lucia Helicopters has a desk in the arrivals area at the front of the terminal. Contact: Tel 453 6950.
By Taxi: A taxi desk is located at the kerbside. To Castries EC$ 175/US$ 65/60 mins. To The Landings US $80. Southern Taxi Association 454 6136.

Customers are able to make requests via our website prior to arriving. Requests can also be made via telephone on + 1 758 7277221. eKarib also provide other services such as Tours/Excursions, Car Rentals etc. Typical Costs for 1-3 passengers are: UVF airport to hotels in Soufriere US$ 65, hotels in Marigot Bay $80, hotels in Castries $75, hotels in Rodney Bay $85 & hotels in Cap Estate $90.
By Bus: A few buses stop at the terminal, but the best option is to walk 5 mins to the airport exit (turn right out of the terminal) and wait near the Texaco garage. Local buses run frequently between Vieux Fort and Castries, but they are not very practical with large bags. Travel Time: To Vieux Fort (10 mins) & Castries (over 90 mins). Cost: EC $1.50, pay the driver.

Note: A temporary driver's licence will be required for overseas visitors at a cost of US $22 (valid 3 months). These can be obtained from the car rental company or from police stations. |
Car Parking: A single car park is directly in front of the terminal. Cost: US$ 1 per hour or part hour for the first 6 hrs. After 6 hours, $10 daily max. Lost ticket $15.
Airport Tax: Airport taxes are now included in the ticket price and not payable on departure.
Money Services: ATM/Cash machine and a branch of Bank of St Lucia outside arrivals. Note, prices in St Lucia are frequently quoted in US dollars rather than East Caribbean Dollars.
Notes: There is a tourist information desk in the arrivals area at the front of the terminal.
Airport Hotels: Skyway Inn (758) 454 7111 is a short walk away, but fairly basic. Coconut Bay Resort (758) 459 6000, is 15 mins walk away and is a large all-inclusive resort.

St Lucia - George FL Charles/Vigie/Castries (SLU):
Location: In the North of St Lucia, 3 km/2 Miles N of the town of Castries.
Airport Overview: A very small terminal building with very limited facilities.
By Helicopter: St Lucia Helicopters has a desk in the terminal. Contact: Tel 453 6952.
By Taxi: to Castries, Modern Inn or Halcyon Beach Club ~US$8-10/EC$12/10 mins, to Reduit Beach EC$35, & to Marigot EC$60.

By Bus: The nearest bus stop is 1 km/½ mile away at the Eastern end of the runway. Buses run from there to Castries and beyond.
