Notes from a Traveller October 2009: Thought I'd update you on the Aerotaxi service in Madrid: The fare from the city centre (Atocha train station) to Barajas (Terminal 4) is now €23 for a shared car (although we actually had it to ourselves, for the same price). I booked by phone from the UK (00 34 91 747 75 70) then had to confirm by email, giving credit card details to secure the booking (but you can pay cash to the driver if preferred). They have good english-speaking agents at their call centre, and the car picked us up dead on time.

Cost was thus €17 + €2 airport supplement. The question asked in the English version on the ticket machine is confusing.
