Timings: Buses leave the airport every hour 0700-1900. Buses leave Bournemouth Interchange Station every hour 0700-1800. Journey times from the Travel Interchange to Bournemouth Airport is ~15 mins. By Train: Trains between London Waterloo & Weymouth stop at Christchurch Station (6 km/4 miles away) & Bournemouth Travel Interchange (10 km/6 miles). On arrival at the Bournemouth Travel Interchange you can catch the Bournemouth Airport Shuttle (see above) to the airport, which takes ~15 mins. Alternatively take a taxi to/from either train station.
