| General: | The Milwaukee Airport Railroad Station (MARS) serves rail passengers connecting to flights at Milwaukee Airport. The station is along the western edge of the airport (use the Amtrak parking lot entrance on 6th Street, just south of Grange Avenue and/or the airport spur). The station is open 0545-2200 Mon-Sat and from 0715-2200 on Sunday. Car parking is available outside the station for $2 for each of the first 2 hrs (or fraction thereof), with a maximum of $5 per 24-hour period. A free shuttle bus connects rail passengers to the airport terminal. Trains run from the airport station directly to Milwaukee city centre (20 mins) and to Chicago Union Station (1 hour 25). |
