Location: 15 km/9 Miles ESE of the City.
Airport Overview: The new terminal has now opened, and is a single large terminal. International arrivals are at one end (North), with domestic arrivals at the South end. Departures are upstairs.
By Road: Follow the N2 eastbound from Cape Town until junction 16 which leads to the airport. Takes 20-40 mins depending on traffic. Note: Expect LONG delays on the N2 travelling West from the airport to the city between 0700 and 0900 weekday mornings. The journey to the city can take an hour.

| MyCiti Bus to Cape Town: | Buses depart from outside the terminal building. There is a bus stop near the tunnel to the rental car area. Route: Airport - Civic Centre on Hertzog Boulevard in central Cape Town. Timings: Buses leave the airport daily every 20 mins 0510-2130 & 2200. Buses leave the Civic Centre daily every 20 mins 0420-2120. Travel Time: 30-40 mins. Cost: ZAF 53 per person one way. | General: | Shuttle services are available on demand or by pre-booking at the transfer desk in the arrivals hall. Shuttle buses drive passengers, on request, to their required destination. Schedules vary according to flight arrival times and passengers can also pre-book their return trip to the airport. |

Notes: ATMs/Cash machines available in Intl arrivals by the main exit and in both Domestic terminals. A bank is also in Intl arrivals. A Bureau de Change is in the Intl baggage hall. There is a post office between Domestic Arrivals and Departures.
