Arusha (ARK):
Location:
4 km/2 Miles WSW of town.
By Taxi: To town ~KZS 10 000.
By Bus: Some airlines using this airport are reported to run a shuttle to meet flights.

Dar es Salaam (DAR):
Location: 13 km/8 Miles WSW of
Dar-es-Salaam.
By Taxi: ~TZS 15000-20000/15-60 mins
depending on traffic. Few have meters so it is important to agree a price first.
By Bus:
There are buses which run to and from the airport 24 hrs a day for
~TZS 150/30
mins. They generally leave from the New Posta Transport Stand on Maktaba St.

km/32 Miles SW of the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro, 32 km/20 miles WSW of Moshi & 45
km/28 miles E of Arusha.
By Road: To Moshi 50 km/31 Miles.
By Taxi:
To Arusha ~TZS 27-32 000.
By Bus: Some
private operators also offer minibuses to Moshi. Shuttle buses are available to Arusha. Airlines
operating into the airport offer free transport for passengers to Moshi & Arusha.

Few taxis have meters so it is important to agree a price first.
By Bus:
The 505 bus runs between the town and the airport, and many hotels in Stone
Town offer complimentary airport service.

arrival, and US$20 for all departures.
