Sydney - Kingsford Smith - Intl Terminal 1 (SYD):
Location: 
9 km/6 Miles SSW of the City centre.
Airport Overview: 3 terminals: The Intl Terminal (T1) on one side of the runway, and the domestic terminals (T2 & T3) on the other side. Connection between the 2 is free for QANTAS passengers with onward connections (follow signs for QANTAS domestic connections), otherwise the Airport Train Link is $5.

By Taxi:
General: Taxis wait outside the baggage reclaim area on the ground level.
Meter Rates: Starting rate $3.50 ($6 2200-0600), then $2.14 per km ($2.57 2200-0600), and $0.92 per minute waiting. Tolls extra. There is now a $3 surcharge on taxis hailed at the airport.
Approximate Costs (Set fares): To the city centre $45-70 + any bridge tolls/20-60 mins depending on traffic. Taxi from the city centre to the Intl terminal ~$42.
Taxi Companies: For Taxis call 8332 8811. After 2300, the taxi rank is closed, so call (02) 9352 7490.

By Limo:

By Bus:
State Transit Bus #400 to Bondi Junction: This is now the only public bus service calling at the airport.
Route: It runs from Bondi Junction to Burwood via the airport (both Intl and Domestic). The route is Bondi Junction, Randwick Junction (Belmore Rd), Kingsford (Anzac Parade & Gardeners Rd), Maroubra Junction (Anzac Parade & Maroubra Rd), Pagewood (Eastgardens), Mascot Shops (Botany Rd & Robey St), Domestic Terminal (Lower Level), Intl Terminal (Lower Level), Rockdale Railway Station, Bexley Noth Station, Campsie station and Burwood Rd at Westfield.
Timings: It runs Mon-Fri 0527-2321, Saturday 0546-2318 and on Sundays & Holidays 0548-2318, roughly every 20-30 mins in each direction.

By Shuttle Van:
General: Airport Shuttles can be found at the following locations: Intl terminal: Out of arrivals and turn right to the end of the bus stops. Note: The shuttles are not signposted, and can be difficult to find.
Kingsford Smith Transport (KST): Runs door to door service. $13 to central Sydney/$22 return. Book 3 hrs ahead for return. Contact: Tel 9667 0663 or 9666 9988.
Airport Super Shuttle: Provides a similar service to Bondi, Coogee and the Eastern Beaches. Tel 0416 066 408.
Sydney City Shuttle: Runs a door to door service around the city. Tel (02) 9661 1170. Cost: $12 per person.
Hotel Shuttles: Buses run to several hotels. From the Intl terminal they depart from Bus stop 6. Hotels include Airport Sydney International Inn, Holiday Inn Sydney Airport, Hotel Ibis Sydney Airport, Mercure Hotel Sydney Airport, Stamford Sydney Airport Hotel.

By Train:
Airport Link Train: General: A quick and efficient (but a little pricey) way of getting into the city and between terminals. In the Intl terminal, follow signs for the train. Several stations have stairs to negotiate and no lifts/escalators, which can make travel with heavy bags difficult.
Route: Wolli Creek - Airport (intl terminal) - Airport (domestic terminals) - Mascot - Green Square - Central - Museum - St James - Circular Quay - Wynyard - Town Hall. Wolli Creek & Central are good places to transfer to other lines.
Timings: Runs ~0500-0000 every 10-15 mins. Trains leave the Intl Terminal Mon-Fri every 5-10 mins 0519-2343. Extra departures on Friday night at 2358 & 0028. Weekends every 10-15 mins 0506-2344. Extra departures on Saturday night at 2358, 0013 & 0043. Connect at Central, Wynyard or Town Hall for trains to the rest of Sydney.
Cost: Between terminals Adult one way $5. To the city $16.70 (child/senior $10.40)/15 mins. Same day return tickets are available $25. Contact: Tel 131 500 or see www.airportlink.com.au.

Inter-Terminal Transfer:
By Train: An underground Airport Rail Link (0)2 93 84 10 00) connects the Intl and domestic terminal (and continues to the city). Trains run every 10 mins at peak times and every 15 mins off-peak 0500-2400 Mon-Fri, 0500-0100 Fri-Sun. Cost: Adult one way $5 between terminals. Takes 2 mins.
By Bus: TBus buses operate frequent services between the terminals for $5.50. Timings: They run every 20 mins 0620-2020. Buses depart from bus stop 21 at the Intl terminal, outside McDonalds. Contact: Call (02) 9700 8844.
By Taxi: A taxi journey between Terminals will take up to 10 mins depending on the time of day. Cost: $8-12 one way.

Car Parking: Intl Terminal: Short term: 30 mins $7, 1 hr $13, 2 hrs $19, 3 hrs $23, 4 hrs $25, 5 hrs $27, 24 hrs $39. Long Term: 1 day $39, 2 days $69, 3 days $79, 4 days $89, 5 days $99, 6 days $109, 7 days $119, then $12 per day.
Baggage Storage: 
Left Luggage available on lower level 0530-2100 daily. Hand luggage $6/6 hrs, $8/24 hrs. Suitcases $8/6 hrs, $11/24 hrs. Bicycles, Surf boards or skis $12/6 hrs, $18/24 hrs. Operated by SmarteCarte.
Money Services: ATMs/Cash machines available throughout. Bureau de Change/Foreign Exchange in arrivals.

Sydney - Kingsford Smith - Domestic Terminals T2 & T3 (SYD):
Location: 
8 km/5 Miles S of the City centre.
Airport Overview: 3 terminals: The Intl Terminal on one side of the runway, and the domestic terminals (T2 & T3) on the other side. T3 is for QANTAS domestic only while T2 is for other domestic carriers (QF Link, JetStar domestic, Virgin Blue & Rex). These 2 terminals are opposite each other (with a car park in between) and can be walked in a few minutes. Connection between the domestic and international terminals is free for QANTAS passengers with onward connections (follow signs), otherwise the Airport Train Link is $5.

State Transit Bus #400 to Bondi Junction & Burwood: This is now the only public bus service calling at the airport. The bus stop at terminal 3 is found by exiting arrivals, crossing 1 road and turning left. Schedules are posted. There is no stop at Terminal 2.
Route: It runs from Bondi Junction to Burwood via the airport (both Intl and Domestic). The route is Bondi Junction, Randwick Junction (Belmore Rd), Kingsford (Anzac Parade & Gardeners Rd), Maroubra Junction (Anzac Parade & Maroubra Rd), Pagewood (Eastgardens), Mascot Shops (Botany Rd & Robey St), Domestic Terminal T3 (Lower Level), Intl Terminal (Lower Level), Rockdale Railway Station, Bexley Noth Station, Campsie station and Burwood Rd at Westfield.
Timings: It runs Mon-Fri 0534-2321, Saturday 0550-2322 and on Sundays & Holidays 0548-2322, roughly every 20-30 mins in each direction.

By Shuttle Van:
General: Airport Shuttles can be found at the following locations: Domestic terminals: Exit arrivals and follow the road to the right (T3) ot Left (T2). As the road turns, the shuttle are parked there, outside the building between the 2 terminals. Follow signs 'Hotel Shuttle Buses'.

Sydney Airporter (KST): Runs door to door service to Sydney City, Kings Cross & Darling Harbour. Cost: $14 to central Sydney/$23 return. Cheaper if booked on-line. Book 3 hrs ahead for return. Contact: Tel 9667 0663 or 9666 9988.
Airport Super Shuttle: Provides a similar service to Bondi, Coogee and the Eastern Beaches. Tel 0416 066 408.
Airport Connect: Door to door shuttle service that operates from the Domestic terminal only. Cost: To the city adult one-way $14/$24 return. Children under 6 $8 one way. Contact: Tel 1300 73 72 12 or (02) 9662 2481. Tickets can be booked from the desk in domestic arrivals.
Sydney City Shuttle: Runs a door to door service around the city. Tel (02) 9661 1170. Cost: $12 per person.
Hotel Shuttles: Buses run to several hotels. Hotels include Airport Sydney International Inn, Holiday Inn Sydney Airport, Hotel Ibis Sydney Airport, Mercure Hotel Sydney Airport, Stamford Sydney Airport Hotel.
Manly Airport Bus: Runs to Manly. Contact: Tel 9981 1453.
Collaroy Airport Transfers: Contact: Tel 9984 1420.

By Train:

Car Parking: Available between terminals 2 and 3. Cost: 30 mins $7, 1 hour $15, 2 hrs $20, 3 hrs $25, daily max $50. Each extra day $50.

Sydney - Bankstown (YSBK):
Location: 
3 km/2 Miles NW of Bankstown, 32 km/20 Miles W of Sydney city centre.
By Taxi: To Bankstown $12/10mins. Legion Cabs Tel 13 14 51.
By Bus: Bus #937 runs along Marion St at Northern side of Airport every 30-40 mins. Runs to Bankstown rail station. A$2.20/15mins.
By Train: Taxi or bus to Bankstown Rail station. Trains run to all over Sydney Area 0520-1130 every 15 mins Mon-Sat. Sundays every 30 mins. To Central Sydney A$3.20/30mins.
