Location: 6 km/4 Miles NNE of Newport City centre.
Notes: A small general aviation airport with no public transport links. Taxis are the only method of transport. Some sightseeing flights operate from this airport.

| RIPTA Buses to the city: | RIPTA runs public buses on lines #12, 14, 20 & 66 from the airport to the city center. The airport bus stop is out of arrivals (lower level) and turn left. Route: Various depending on the service number. Bus #66 stops at the Bonanza/Greyhound terminal, and all pass by the Kennedy Plaza. Bus #12 runs to East Greenwich. Bus #14 to Wickford. Bus #20 to Elmwood Ave (local). Airport - Post & Lincoln - Pawtuxet & Budlong - Elmwood & Wellington - RIPTA garage - Elmwood & Broad - Weybosset & Eddy - Kennedy Plaza (City center). Bus #66 is the URI express. Timings: Buses leave the airport Mon-Fri ~every 20-40 mins 0544-1849, 1935, 2015, 2050, 2302 & 0014. Saturdays: 0536, 0740, 0823 then every 20-40 mins until 2018, 2137 & 2258. The bus stop is out of the terminal and turn right. Timings: Buses leave the airport hourly 0500-2300 on the hour. Buses arrive at the Courtyard 15 mins past the hour, The Westin Hotel (17 mins), Biltmore Hotel (22 mins), Hotel Providence (23 mins) - RISD (25 mins) - Brown (27 mins) - Marriott Hotel (32 mins) - Amtrak Train Station (35 mins).
