Location: 5
km/3 Miles S of the City.
Airport Overview:
In addition to the regular passenger terminal, Qatar Airways has recently opened
a Premium class terminal, solely for passengers travelling in their first and
business cabins. It is a short distance away from the main terminal.
On Foot:
It is possible to walk to Doha in about 40 mins.
By Taxi: To Doha city centre ~QAR 5.
Transport in Qatar is generally safe and there is no need to tip.
By
Limo: Limousine cars are available from the airport to any place in Doha for
costs in the range QAR 30-75 QR. Kirwa (Rent) cars characterized by their green and lead colors are also available. Transport in Qatar
is generally safe and there is no need to tip.
