Perth Airport:
Due to the large distance between the terminals, this airport is treated in 2
different entries: International &
Domestic Terminals.
Perth International Terminal (PER):
Location: 12 km/8 Miles E of the City
center (CBD).
Airport
Overview:
The International Terminal is on the far
side of the runway from the city, and the Domestic Terminals. The Intl terminal
is a long way from the domestic terminals, and cannot be walked (10 mins taxi or
bus ride). See later for Inter terminal transfer.
Driving directions:
For the Intl terminal, travel E along the Great Eastern Highway, turn left onto Tonkin Highway and head NE, turning left at Horrie-Miller
Drive.

| General: | Taxi ranks are outside the Intl terminal. Travellers may be required to pay their fare in advance and this fare should apply for either a single person or a group. Taxis at the airport are subject to a $1.10 airport ground transport charge. The taxi prices go up considerably in the middle of the night, as this is when most decently priced intl flights depart or arrive. The average taxi price ends up being quite a bit higher. Shuttles leave the city from about 0400 until 2100, but pickups must be pre-arranged by phone, preferably the day before. Transfer time to the city 30-40 mins. Cost: To or From Intl Terminal: To the city Adult one way $15, return (valid 3 months) $25. Child one way $12, return $20. Transfer between Terminals: Adult $9, child $6. ENE of the City centre (CBD).

Overview:

domestic terminals: T2, T3 & the Regional Terminal, sometimes called the
Skippers Terminal. T2 serves Qantas & Jetstar while T3 serves Virgin Blue &
Skywest. These 2 terminals are joined together and can be walked in ~3 minutes.
The Skippers terminal is further away (15-20 mins walk) and is for flights to
Monkey Mia, Geraldton & Kalbarri. The Intl terminal is a long way from the
domestic terminals, and cannot be walked (10 mins taxi or bus ride). See later
for Inter terminal transfer.
Driving directions:

| Transperth Bus #37 to Perth City (Kings Park): | Transperth Bus #37 serves the Domestic terminal only. It stops outside the terminals and runs into the city. The bus stop can be found by exiting T3, crossing 2 lanes of traffic and turning left. The stop is marked by a white & green board. There is no public bus to the Intl terminal. If you wanted to save a little on taxi fares, you could take the #37 bus to Belmont Forum and take a taxi from there. |

Location:
18 km/11 Miles South of Perth CBD, 16 km/10 Miles ESE of Fremantle & 13 km/8
Miles WNW of Armadale.
By Taxi: To Perth city centre 15-20 mins, Fremantle
20 mins, to Perth Airport Intl Terminal 25 mins & to Perth Airport Domestic
terminal 30-35 mins.
By Bus: Transperth Bus #189 runs just
once a week in either direction between the airport and Murdoch Park #n' Ride.
Route: Airport - Farrington Rd/Karel Ave - Bull Creek Shopping Centre -
Murdoch Park n Ride (15 mins). Buses 183, 184 & 185 run much more frequently
(not Sundays or holidays) from here onwards to Perth city center. Timings:
The bus leaves the airport on Saturdays only at 0930. It leaves Murdoch Park n
