Khasab/Al Khaşab (KHS): Location: 1 km/½ Mile S of town. By Taxi: To Khasab 10 mins. Updated Jul05 www. [back].[top]
Muscat - Seeb (MCT): Location: 40 km/25 Miles W of the City. By Taxi: OMR 10/20-30 mins to the city. By Bus: Minibuses run from the highway just outside the airport to Ruwi (the business center of Muscat) every 10 mins or so throughout the day for 300 fils (about US$1). To reach town from the airport, go through the airport parking lot, then cross the busy highway and flag down a minibus on the far side. This only takes a few minutes (crossing the highway is the only scary part of it). There are no public buses from right in front of the terminal.
