Bluefields (BEF):  Location: 2 km/1 Miles SSW of town.  By Taxi: Taxi rates in the city are C$5 per person, except for trips to the airport, which cost C$10 per person. You can hire a taxi for C$100 per hour, or a minibus for a minimum cost of C$1,500 per day.  By Bus: You can take a minibus part way into town for C$2, and then walk the rest of the way.  Updated Jul04 www.

Corn Island (RNI):  Location: In the middle of Great Corn Island off the East coast of Nicaragua.  By Taxi: Taxis are the most common form of transport on the island. Most trips cost C$10 per person. After 2200, rates increase to C$20 per person. You can hire a taxi for C$100 per hour.  By Bus: A public bus travels around the island for C$5 per person.  By Boat: The boat fare between Bluefields and Corn Island is C$60 per person. The trip to Little Corn Island in a dogout also costs C$60 per person, and takes ~30 mins.  Updated Jul04 www.

Managua Intl (MGA):  Location: 11 km/7 miles E of the City.  By Taxi: Las Mercedes Taxi Cooperative offers transport services for passengers at the airport. Rates: Within Managua US$5-20. Outside Managua: As arranged between the passenger and the Cooperative. Available: 0700 until the last flight, 7 days a week. If you walk out to the main road you can reduce the fare to around ~100 Cord. To Granada from the same road ~US$25/1 hour.  By Bus: ◊Bus#266 runs to the city ~every 15 mins 0500-2000. US$0.20.Buses going to Tipitapa pass the airport, but can be hard to locate at the Mercado Huembes bus station. Leave the bus station from where the buses for Grenada leave. Go under the overpass to the large street with small bus stops. Puerto Cabezas (PUZ):  Location: 2 km/1 Mile NNW of Puerto Cabezas also known as Bilwi.  By Taxi: Taxi rates are C$5 per person from the airport to the city. Beyond the city limits, C$10 per person.
