Location: 14
km/9 Miles S of the City.
By Taxi: To
the city centre ~30 mins. Taxi Vrieswijk +31 (0) 50-534 00 00. You can
also take a 'treintaxi', (a special taxi service bought in combination with a
train ticket) from Dutch Railways stations.
By Bus: From Groningen bus station
to the airport use Arriva bus services 52 or 53. Bus#52
leaves twice an hour and Bus#53 leaves several times a day on workdays. From Assen bus station, take Bus#51 to
De Punt and change there onto
Bus#52.

RET Bus#33 to Rotterdam Train Station: |
Runs to the City Centre Main Rail Station. Bus Stops: The bus
stop at the airport is out of the terminal and turn left. In the city
centre, the bus to the airport leaves from bus stop DD near the Central
Railway Station. Exit the station on the South side, and walk ~50m to
the main road. Turn right, and bus stop DD is the last one outside Tokaj
Hungarian Restaurant. NB: Important information concerning bus
stops at Rotterdam Central Station! Please note that on account of
building work at Rotterdam CS, the location of the bus stops may be
temporarily changed. Route: Airport - De Lugt - Burg.
Baumannlaan - Overschie - Kleinpolder West - Blijdorpplein - Statenweg -
Bentinckplein - Bus stop DD near Railway Station. Timings: Buses
leave the airport Mon-Fri 0538-2353. Saturdays: 0608-2053. Sundays 0808-2253 at least 4 times

RET Bus#41 to Rotterdam North Station &
Schiedam: |
There is a new bus line from Rotterdam North train station to Rottterdam airport and Schiedam Train station.
Rotterdam North is handy when travelling from Gouda or Utrecht.
Schiedam is handy from Delft or The Hague.
Both stations are closer to the airport than Rotterdam central Station. Bus Stops:
The bus stop at the airport is out of the terminal and turn left. Route:
Rotterdam North Train Station - Bergpolderplein - Melanchthonweg - Airport - De
Lugt - Cairostraat - Amstelstraat - Schiedam Central Railway Station.
Timings: Buses run Mon-Fri every ~30 mins 0600-2137. Saturdays every

B12 Night
Bus to Rotterdam: |
There is a new night
bus that runs between the airport and the city. Travellers who are departing from Rotterdam Airport on the first flight of the morning, can now travel to the airport by public transport.
Night bus B12 departs for the airport from the bus stop DD at Rotterdam Central
Train Station. Passengers arrive in plenty of time for the first flight at 0700.
Route: Circular Route as follows: Rotterdam CS Station stop DD – Abtsweg –
Rotterdam Airport – Kleiweg RET – Kastanjeplein - Bergse
Dorpsstraat – Station Noord Station – Rotterdam CS. NB: Important
information concerning bus stops at Rotterdam Central Station! Please note that
on account of building work at Rotterdam CS, the location of the bus stops may
be temporarily changed. Timings: Buses leave
the airport every 30 mins 0323 - 0553. Buses leave Rotterdam Central Station at
0310, then every 30 mins until 0540. Latest Timings: See
