Bus to DC: A Bus is reported to run to DC (16th & K St). $14/50 mins.
B30 Bus to Greenbelt Metro: Bus B30 runs from the airport to Greenbelt Metro Station. Route: BWI Business District Light Rail Station - Airport Terminal Lower Level - Greenbelt Metro Station. Timings: Buses run every ~40 mins. Mon-Fri 0610-2230. Weekends 0845-2230. Travel Times: To Greenbelt ~20 mins. To the Light Rail Station 5-10 mins. Cost: $6 adult one way. $3 for seniors and disabled.

MTA Light Rail: The MTA Light Rail station is next to the Intl Concourse (E) at airport. Runs to Lexington Market & Penn Station $1.35/45 mins. Every ~30 mins. Takes 10 min. Operates Mon-Fri 0600-2300, Saturday 0700-2300, Sunday & Holidays 1100-1900. For details call (410) 539 5000
AMTRAK/MARC train: The Amtrak station is about 1.5 km/1 Mile from the terminal and connected by a free Shuttle bus. MARC Blue Line trains run to Penn Station in Baltimore $3.25/16 min, or to Union Station, Washington DC for ~$10.
