Lilongwe - Kamuzu Intl (LLW):
Location: 21
km/13 Miles N of the City.
By Taxi: To the city ~MWK 2200/US$ 15,
takes 20 mins.
By Bus: Local buses and minibuses run from the
commercial part of the airport (200m from the terminal) to the Old Town.
Cost: MWK 150.
By Shuttle Bus: The Airport Shuttle runs
between most of the hotels and lodges in the city and the airport. Buses leave
the city about 3 hrs before flight departures and cost MWK 1500/US$ 10. Bookings
can be made at major hotels. Takes ~30 mins.
