Location: 6 km/4 Miles NE of Long Beach & 28 km/18 Miles S of Downtown Los Angeles.
Airport Overview: One fairly basic terminal with all facilities close by.
By Taxi: There is a taxi booth in the car park next to the Car Rental Building. Set fares are posted: To Long Beach Downtown Hotels & Convention Center ~$19, Long Beach Queen Mary Hotel & Carnival Cruise Ships $24, Disneyland & Anaheim Convention Center $36 & San Pedro/Cruise Ships ~$36. Long Beach Yellow Cab (562) 435 6111.
By Bus: Long Beach Transits Bus #111 runs from the Airport to downtown Long Beach & connects with the Metro Blue Line at the Transit Mall downtown. In the other direction it runs to the Lakewood Mall. Cost $0.90.

| On-Airport Rental Car Providers: | The car rental building is right across the street from the passenger terminal. AVIS, HERTZ, Enterprise, Budget & ALAMO/National. |
Car Parking: Both Short term and longer term are outside the terminal building. Short Term: 20 mins free, $1 for each extra hour. 2 hour maximum parking. Parking Lot B: $12 per day ($6 disabled).
Airport to Airport: To Los Angeles Intl: By Taxi ~$49, Bus 30-65 mins. To Orange County/John Wayne Airport: Taxi ~$49.
Airport Tax: A $3 departure tax has been introduced for each passenger.
Notes: ATM/Cash machine in the terminal.
