Bus 210 to Beziers: |
Route: Airport - Béziers Bus Station/Gare Routière. There is a free
shuttle bus from the bus station to the train station. Timings: Basically, buses depart from the airport 30 minutes after the plane has landed and arrive there 1½ hours before take off.
For 2010 Summer season that means buses leave the airport at 1005
(Sunday), 1045 (Tue & Sat), 1145 (Tue & Sat), 1210 (Thur), 1315 (Wed),
1530 (Mon, Wed & Fri) & 1620 (Sat). Buses leave Beziers Bus Station at
0830 (Sunday), 0910 (Tue & Sat), 1010 (Tue & Sat), 1035 (Thur), 1140
(Wed), 1400 (Mon, Wed & Fri), 1445 (Sat) & 1630 (Wed). Travel Time:
To Beziers 30 mins.
Notes from a Traveller Jun 2010: Unfortunately the Beziers service only goes to the bus station and this is on the opposite side of town to the railway station. However there are
shuttle buses from here to the railway station.
However as a result of the above it will easier for passengers requiring a train to use the Agde Bus Service as this stops at
Agde Railway station.

Route: Airport - Vias - Agde Train Station - Marseillan (Plage Av de
la Mediterranee) - Marseillan (Plage Campings). Timings: Basically, buses depart from the airport 30 minutes after the plane has landed and arrive there 1½ hours before take off.
For 2010 Summer season that means buses leave the airport at 1005

leave Agde Station at

Carcassonne (CCF):
Location: 4 km/2½ Miles W of
Carcassone City.
By Road: The road signs can be a little vague at first, so when
exiting the autoroute follow signs for Mazamet. You will then see signs for the
airport, which is called Salvaza.
By Taxi: To Carcasonne main town ~€12 & to La Cite ~€15.

There is a Navette (shuttle) which runs
between the Airport & the SNCF railway station in the city, which costs €5 one way.
If there are more than 2 people, it's cheaper to take a taxi. |

Buses leave the airport 10-20 mins
after flight arrivals. ◊Buses leave the SNCF train station in the
city at 0745 (Tue & Thu only), 0820 (Tue & Thu), 0855 (Mon, Wed, Fri &
Sun), 1105 (Mon, Wed, Fri & Sun), 1210 (Tue, Fri & Sun), 1250 (Mon, Wed,
Thu & Sat), 1400 (Fri & Sunday), 1530 (daily) & 1715 (Saturday only).
Buses leave Place Davilla 5 minutes after the times shown above and Dome
(Centre Ville) a further 5 mins after that. Buses leave the City gate 5
mins later still. |

December 2006: |
It starts from the stop outside the SNCF station and follows a route
around the city via Place Davilla, Cathedral (dome), then outside the
medieval city's main gate and onto the airport via a very strange and
unnecessarily long route, no doubt chosen to make passengers think
they're getting value for money for the extortionate €5 fare. There's absolutely nothing airside, not even a shop!!! (although there
is one landside - work that one out!) |

Location: 8 km/5
Miles SE of the City.
By Taxi: ~€20/15 mins
to the city centre.

Navette Centre Ville to the city: |
Navette Centre Ville buses run to the Bus Station/Gare Routière
in the city every 30 mins. All regular flights are covered by the shuttle except
early morning and late evening.
Cost: Fare is €4.50 each way (€3 each for groups of 4+, students,
those under 26, and holders of ISIC carte). Transfer times: 15 mins to
Bus Station, 20 to Train station. Buses leave the airport from exit gate A. At
the SNCF train station, where you can connect to high speed trains to the rest

Public Bus 120
to the city: |
Public Bus 120 runs to and from the airport and terminates at Place de l'Europe.
To get from St Roch SNCF station you must take a line 1or 2 tram to Place de
l'Europe and then follow the "Navette" signpost to access the bus to the
airport. One thing that passengers arriving at Place de l'Europe should bear
in mind is this:
Whilst trams 1 & 2 from St Roch SNCF station travel in the same direction to
get to Place de l'Europe those going to St Roch SNCFstation from the Place
de l'Europe go in opposite directions !!!

One recent traveller recently had immense difficulty persuading hire companies that their offices at Perpigan airport were open to meet all
flights. He booked with National/Citer through Alamo, even though

10 km/6 miles SSE of Nîmes city.
