Almaty/Алматы (ALA): Location: 16 km/10 Miles NE of the City centre. By Taxi: To the city centre KZT 700/30 mins. US$5 is the normal price, but be prepared for an argument to obtain this fare. US$20 as a max.

| Hotel Buses: | Some larger hotels, such as the Hyatt Regency, offer transfers to the airport for guests. |
