City Bus#1:
From the Domestic terminals 2 & 3 to
Fukuoka Tower Minami-guchi, Noko-tosenjo (via Fukuoka Dome),
Hakata Station/Tenjin & Diamond City. JPY 250-400/20-30 mins.
Expressway Bus #1:
Runs from Domestic terminal 3 Kokura,
Saga, Yufuin/Kuju/Beppu, Shimonoseki (night service only), Miyazaki (night
service only)
Expressbus #1:
Runs from Domestic terminal 3 to Iizuka &
Tagawa
Expressbus #2:
Runs from Domestic terminal 2 to Iizuka &
Tagawa
Shuttle Bus:
Connects the various terminals for free.
By
Subway Train: A free shuttle bus from outside the Intl Terminal
runs 0700-2140 to the Domestic Terminals,
where the subway station is located. Subway then runs to the city for JPY 250. Frequency: every 10 mins, Journey Time: 15 mins.
Note: Not recommended with large bags.

General:
2 Bus companies (Airport Limousine & Nangoku Kotsu)
run frequently to Central Kagoshima Railway Station in the city center for
JPY 1200/60 mins. Child half price.
Airport Limousine:
runs on 2 routes, one starting from Kamoike port, the other from Kagoshima Chuo Station.
Both buses stop at the following 5 stops in the city: in front of Kagoshima Prefectural Building, Kagoshima Chuo Station, Tenmonkan, in front of Kagoshima City Hall & at
Yoshino. Departures are every 10 mins or so.

Nangoku Kotsu:
Runs frequently to the city
centre. Tel 255 2141.
Other Buses:
There are
other buses serving several local towns including Kanoya (JPY 1800/100 mins)
& Taniyama.

Location:
16 km/10 Miles E of Kitakyushu on an island reclaimed from the sea.
By Road:
The airport is connected to the mainland by a 2 km toll-free bridge, connected
to the Eastern Kyushu Expressway via Kanda-Kitakyushukuko IC.
By Taxi: To
Kitakyushu ~30 mins.
By Bus: 5 new bus routes run from the airport to
various points in Kitakyushu.
By Train: A direct rail link to Kokura
station is planned.

On an artificial island 18 km/11 Miles NNE of Nagasaki city center. 3 km/2 Miles

day rins on the route: Airport - Ishaya Station (40 mins) - Obama (1:25)
- Unzen (2 hrs). The bus leaves the airport at 1250.

4 buses a day run on
the route: Airport - Ishaya Station (30 mins) - Shimatetsu Terminal (40
mins) - Shimbara Bay (1:45). Buses leave the airport at 1025, 1240, 1655

To Huis Ten Bosch &
Sasebo:
Around 16 buses a day
run on the route: Airport - Huis Ten Bosch (50 mins) - Sasebo Station
(1:20). Buses leave the airport 0920-2135.

By Boat:
Ferries run from the airport to Togitsu (JPY 1220 every 30-90 mins 0630-1840),
Nagayo (JPY 1200/every 30-60 mins 0620-1830) & Huis Ten Bosch (JPY 1420/6
sailings a day 1035-1700). Children half price.
