Kona Intl at Keahole,
Big Island (KOA):
Location:
13 km/8 Miles NNW of Kailua-Kona on the W coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Airport Overview: 2 terminals close together
(in fact almost inseparable), and and separate International Arrivals buillding
a short distance to the North. This Intl Arrivals building is very basiuc and
has no facilities. Domestic arrivals are at the south end. There is technically
a Terminal 3, called the Air Tours Terminal, further to the south.

By Bus: Twice a week, on Tuesdays and
Saturdays, a bus runs south from the airport to Kailua-Kona & Ocean View.
Route: Airport - Kailua-Kona (Costco, K Mart, Macy's, Walmart) - Keauhou
Shopping center - Captain Cook (Manago Hotel) - Kealia Fujihara store) - Ocean
View (Post Office). Timings: Buses leave the airport on Tue and Saturday at
1500. Buses leave Ocean View at 0700. Transfer Times: To Kailua-Kona ~20
mins, Captain Cook 65 mins & Ocean View 2 hrs 15.
