Airport Overview:
Terminal 1: is now used primarily for domestic flights, and is on the east side of the runway. All the other terminals are on the west side.
Terminal 2: handles mainly scheduled charter flights to and from Miami and New York. It is also used by Cayman Airways for flights to Grand Cayman. It is a basic terminal.
Terminal 3: is the main intl terminal. Ticketing and departures are on the upper level, arrivals and baggage carousels on the lower level.
Terminal 5: is mainly used by Aerocaribbean & Aerotaxi, a Cuban based charter airline.

Transfer Between Terminals: There is reported bus service connecting the terminals. However taxis are much more practical, as walking between terminals is difficult.
By Taxi:
Taxis available outside terminals 1, 2 & 3. Expect to be approached by taxi touts offering their services.
Approximate Costs: To Havana City centre CUC 20-25/~30 mins.
Taxi Companies: Taxi OK, Panataxi & Havanautos are local taxi companies. For taxi service call Cuba Taxi 555 5555 or 855 5555.
Coco taxis: Are very small taxis, charged at CUC 0.50 per km, but difficult if you have luggage, due to their size.

By Bus: Local buses are available, but payment is required in non-convertible pesos, which makes them difficult for visitors to use. Bus P16 runs from the domestic terminal to Vedado in Havana city.
By Shuttle Van:

Notes:
Departure times shown on the airport departure monitors may be 'operational times', which differ from 'actual times'. For example a flight departing at 1500 may be shown on the departure board as departing at 1600. Bizarre and completely ridiculous, but sadly true!! Check with airline staff.
Currency Services:
ATMs are available on both floors oif terminal 3. There are information desks in the Arrivals and Departure areas of Terminal 3, as well as a bank, post office and internet facilities. Terminal 2 is very basic with no ATM/Cash machines. There is however a currency exchange desk outside customs (turn left).
