Location: Near the village of Staverton, 6 km/4 Miles W of Cheltenham & 8 km/5 Miles NE of Gloucester.

RAF Lyneham (LYE):
Location: 1 km/0.5 Miles West of Lyneham Village. 16 km/10 Miles WSW of Swindon & 11 km/7 Miles ENE of Chippenham.
By Bus: Public buses stop in Lyneham village and run to Swindon, Chippenham, Calne and Wootton Bassett, running every 20 mins or so.

By Train: No train station at or near the airport, but the closest train stations are in Chippenham and Swindon.
Note: This is an Air Force base, with no civilian airline flights.
