Location: 19 km/12 Miles SE of the City.
By
Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the airport. To the city centre
~GEL 20/~US$16. Fixed rate from the Taxi stand just after customs. Takes ~30 mins
to the city.
By Bus: Bus #37 runs
from the airport to the central train station in the city centre. Timings:
Buses run 0800-2000
or 2200. Travel Time: Takes 30-40 mins. Cost: GEL 0.40.
Must be paid by credit card of GEL 0.50 coins.
By Train: Trains run
twice a day from the airport to the central train station in the city centre. Timings:
Trains leave the airport daily at 0845 & 1805. Trains leave the city at 0755 &
1720. Cost: GEL 0.50.
Must be paid on the train.
