Airport Overview: There are 2 terminals at the Airport: The North Terminal & The South Terminal. These are connected by a free elevated train which runs frequently. The North Terminal is mainly for British Airways, Aer Lingus, Air France, American Airlines, Astraeus, Delta Airlines, Emirates, Etihad & First Choice. Most other flights depart from the South Terminal. There are bus stations at both terminals and a train station at the South Terminal only.
Driving Directions: Gatwick is directly linked to the M23 motorway at junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. Just a 10 minute drive away, the M25 further connects with the UK's extensive road & motorway network.

General: Gatwick railway station at the South Terminal has more than 900 services daily to and from all parts of the UK. The rail station is directly linked to Gatwick's South Terminal and just a few mins away from the North Terminal via a free bus link. The Gatwick Express to London: Route: A non-stop service to Victoria Station in Central London. Timings: From Gatwick, services run daily as follows: 0435, 0520, 0550 then every 15 mins 0605-0050. Last service at 0135. From London Victoria daily at 0330, 0430, then every 15 mins 0500-2345, 0001 & 0030. Travel Times: ~30 mins. Cost: £16.90 one-way for adults, £28.80 return. To London City Airport: Take the train to Victoria. Then the Underground to Canning town or Canary Wharf. From there, shuttle buses run to the terminal.
To Birmingham Airport: National Express buses (£30/3:20). Trains also run to Birmingham International (for the airport).
To East Midlands Airport: National Express buses (£32.50/4:25). Buses leave Gatwick daily except Xmas day at 0640, 0855, 1200, 1445, 1755 & 2210.
To Southampton Airport: Trains run directly to Southampton Airport Parkway.

Rental Cars:
On-Airport Rental Car Providers: National/ALAMO, AVIS, Hertz, Dollar/Thrifty & EUROPCAR are all represented in the rental car buildings. These are separate from the terminal, opposite the arrivals level of each terminal. In the N terminal to reach the desks, go the the lowest level and cross the road.
