Dubai Intl (DXB): Location: 5 km/3 Miles SE of the City Centre. Airport Overview: 2 terminals linked by a shuttle bus. Terminal 1 is for most airline flights, while terminal 2 is for business, regional and charter flights. Terminal 3 is under construction and nearly finished. Driving directions: The Airport Road runs SE from Dubai city centre on the east side of The Creek (Al-Khor). From the south, cross Al-Khor at Al-Garhoud Bridge and drive north, then turn right at the intersection with the Airport Road. By Taxi: Prepaid taxis are available 24 hrs a day and limousines can be arranged in the arrivals hall. To the City centre ~AED 40/10 mins. To the World Trade Centre ~AED 45/15 mins. By Limo: □Find limo service, click here. By Bus: There are bus stations opposite both terminals 1 and 2. Bus numbers 4, 11, 15, 33 & 44 run from Terminal 1 to the city centre, passing close to most of the major hotels. Bus #2 runs from Terminal 2 to the city centre, passing close to most of the major hotels. Buses run ~every 20-30 mins for ~AED 2. Takes 15 mins. All buses are air-conditioned. By Shuttle Van: cityhoppa.com runs shuttle vans and private cars from this airport to Abu Dhabi & Dubai city centers. Click here to make a reservation.
