Airport Overview: The new North Terminal has now opened. This terminal is for Air Canada, American Airlines, AirTran, Frontier, Lufthansa, Royal Jordanian, Southwest, Spirit, United, US Airways, USA300 as well as charter flights. The remaining airlines are in the McNamara Termina, a considerable distance away.

Notes: Windsor Airport is actually closer to downtown Detroit and Windsor than Detroit Metropolitan Airport is. In fact, many travellers to Detroit routinely use Windsor. The Smith and Berry terminals have now closed.
