| General: | Door to door shuttle vans leave from outside the arrivals area of each terminal. They wait outside the door to domestic baggage claim. At the intl terminal, as you exit customs, turn left out the door to find the shuttle waiting area. They are required to leave within 10 mins of you boarding, or when full, whichever is sooner. To the city centre, costs are generally $12-20 for the first passenger, typically $5 for each extra passenger. |
