Bus To Brussels city centre: |
The Brussels bus company MIVB/STIB operates a bus link between
Brussels city centre (Hertogstraat/rue Ducale in the
European quarter), the NATO site and the Airport. Route: There
are 7 stops on the way to town: Troon/Trτne-Luxemburg/Luxembourg-Schuman-Diamant-Genθve-Germinal and NATO.
Timings: This
bus operates between 0457
& 2357
with 3 or 4 services per hour. Cost: A single ticket costs 3 (validity 1

Bus #11 to Schuman (European Comission): |
Route: Airport - NATO - Bazel - Germinal -
Matisse - Lekaerts - Permeke - Vrijetijd - Evere Shopping - Geneve - Paul
Leduc - Georgin - Mommaerts - Carina - Kolonel Bourg - P Reyers - Diamant -
Opaal - Plasky - De Jamblinne de Meux - Guezen - Michel Angelo - Schuman (European
Comission/Berlaymont). Timings: Buses run at weekends only, and not
at all in July & August. They leave the airport on Saturday at 0540,
0645, 0751, 0840 then every 30 mins until 2310. On Sundays: at 0540, 0649,
0755, 0905, 0935, then every 15-30 mins until 2310. |

Airport Express
Bus#12 to the city center: |
Route: Airport - NATO (7 mins) - Rue de Geneve
(11 mins), Ave de Diamant Metro (18 mins)
- Schuman Metro (22 mins) - Brussels City (Luxembourg). The most useful
place to get off this bus for the city is at Schuman, as transfers to the
Metro are very easy here. Timings: Buses leave the airport Mon-Fri
only at 0540, then 2-4 times an hour until 2315. No Weekend service. |

hour 0700-2300. Takes ~50 mins. Buses leave Antwerp Center 0530, then every
hour 0700-2200. Buses leave Antwerp Crowne Plaza 0540, then every hour
0710-2210. |

The train station is in the basement (level -1) of the terminal building
and can be reached by elevator. It is well signed in the terminal. |

Airport City Express: |
Runs
from 0500 till nearly midnight, and
links the airport with Brussels South, Central and North Stations 4 times an
hour. A one-way ticket costs 3
second class or 4.50 1st class. Transit time to Brussels North Station near Place Rogier is
~15 mins. Timetable

In addition to the shuttle service to and from Brussels, there are now direct links with the west and south of Belgium as follows: 1: Gent - Wetteren-Aalst - Denderleeuw - Brussels - Brussels Airport.

De Panne - Diksmuide - Lichtervelde - Deinze - Gent/Ghent - Brussels - Brussels Airport. 3: Quιvy/Quiιvrain - Mons - Braine-le-Comte - Halle - Brussels - Schaerbeek - Brussels Airport.
