expensive. To the Valley ~US$ 7, to Sandy Ground or Shoal Bay East US$10,

Minimum cab fare is $5, and $3 extra is charged for each person in excess of 2.

Rental Cars: None at the airport
due to local laws, but Triple K & Island Car Rentals are 5 mins walk to the North. Several
companies will deliver cars to hotels including Apex/AVIS

A local driver's licence is necessary, and costs $20 for months!.

Local regulations conspire to help the taxi drivers maintain a complete monopoly
