Hyderabad - Rajiv Gandhi
(HYD):
Location: 25 km/19 miles
S of the city center.
Airport
Overview: One ultra-modern terminal for both domestic and international
flights.
By Taxi: Always available at the
terminal. INR

| General: | Air-conditioned Aero Express Buses run from the airport on several different routes. Cost: INR 150 one way on all routes. |
| To Secundrabad: | Route: Runs close to Keyes High School in Secundrabad. Timings: Buses run every 30 mins or so. |
| To LB Nagar: | Runs to LB Nagar (Near X Roads). |
| To Begumpet: | Runs to Begumpet (Hotel Katriya). |
| To Mehdipatnam: | Route: Runs close to entrance of Sarojini Devi Hospital & NMDC. Timings: Buses run every 30 mins or so. |
| To Secreteriat: | Runs to Secretariat (near Andhra Pradesh Tourism Office). |
| To Charminar: | Route: Runs close to Quli Qutub Shah Stadium, opposite City College. Timings: Buses run every 30 mins or so. |
| To Greenlands: | Route: Runs close to Ground floor, Paryatak Bhavan. Timings: Buses run every 30 mins or so. |
| To Kukatpally: | Runs to Kukatpally (near JNTU 2nd Gate). |
| To Hi-Tech City: | Runs to Hitech City (near Shilparamam). |
Puttaparthi (PUT):
Location:
6 km/4 Miles from the Prashanti Nilayam Ashram.
By Taxi:
Pre-paid taxis are available.
By Bus: There is a courtesy bus from the airport which runs directly to the Ashram accommodation office.
Note: The Airport was built to allow
easy access to the Ashram, and so is closed during summer season (April to June) when the Swami is absent from Puttaparthy.
